Purchase Repair Service – Diagnosis* to begin your LightLab repair process. (Applies only to instruments not covered under warranty or extended warranty.)
Upon receiving your LightLab at our repair facility, a qualified technician will examine your instrument. This may include hardware evaluation, declog service, flushing, and replacement of fluidics and fittings. A detailed diagnosis will be provided. A service or repair that can be completed in less than 2 hours with limited replacement components may be covered by this fee. Otherwise, your approval and prepayment are required before additional work is performed.
Calibrations:
If the repair requires a calibration service, it will be billed at the standard calibration rate or attributed to a valid extended warranty.
Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel the repair service after work has commenced, you may be responsible for a portion of the charges for the work completed up to that point.
Shipping, Tariffs & Additional Charges:
*Buyer pays for shipping to and from our repair facility. Buyer shall also pay any shipping, brokerage, tax, duty, custom, or other fee that any Federal, State or local governmental authority imposes on this transaction.
Turnaround Time:
We strive to complete repairs in a timely manner. An estimated turnaround time will be provided during the diagnosis. Delays may occur due to the availability of parts, complications with the repair, or delay of payment.
Please Note: If you purchase consumables with your repair service, the consumables will ship when your repair service has been completed. If you would like the consumables shipped in advance of your repair service, please reach out to sales@orangephotonics.com with the change request.
